1.Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, having an account with us has some benefits:

2.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery. When this payment method is selected, the recipient is responsible for paying for the shipment upon delivery, rather than by credit card.

3.Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your delivery address to your residential address, not your work address, as we don't know how long your package will be held by customs at its destination.

4. How long does shipping take and how can I track my shipment?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and tracking website address. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
